This is a lovely spacious Colonial Style 5 Bedroom Villa set on 15 Are of Mature Garden in the very heart of Seminyak adjacent Sentosa Villas. It is located a stone’s throw from Blossom Restaurant and Sentosa’s Gymnasium and only a 2 minute walk from the beach, LaLuciola and Bali’s many Restaurants.

The Living Dining room is a huge Open Plan Colonial Structure with large terraces and high roof. Painted in striking white with oversized furnishing and huge Dining Table capable of seating 16 Guests.

There are 5 Bedrooms, all with Ensuites and generous Wardrobes or Walk in Robes. Both Masters have Baths. The separate Study is a cozy escape from the Guests. The extensive Landscape areas contain 2 Swimming Pools, a Dip Pool adjacent the two Master Bedrooms and a large 15m Lap Pool with paved sundeck and Bale in the Garden. Staff Quarters are also provided. Staff are highly trained and experienced and include a Chef, 4 Housemaids, Gardener, Driver/Pool Attendant and 2 Security Staff.
